HubBot, an LLM support agent in a live bootcamp
An AI support agent embedded in the Slack channel learners already used. It handled about 1,900 questions over nine months and deflected an estimated 180 hours of human support time.
Synaptic Labs
Co-founded an AI education and deployment company with my brother, grew it from zero revenue to multiple six figures, then handed it off fully in January 2026.
Follow-up email agent
An AI agent for post-call follow-ups. 190 people tried it with no mandate and no rollout, and 28 still use it every month.
AI bootcamps for college students
A multi-year program pairing college students with real companies on eight-week applied AI projects. Over a thousand learners came through it.
